  • Speech & Debate: PM West HS seniors Abigale Brown, Patrick LaBella and Nick Opromollo qualified to compete at the National Speech & Debate Competition in Kentucky.  The Panther Speech & Debate team had six team members qualify for and compete at the State-level competition. Good luck Abigale, Patrick and Nick!

  • State Medal: Congratulations to PM West Panther wrestler Greg Bensley, a junior, who won PM West first state medal in wrestling. Greg earned an 8th place finish at 220 pounds at the state competition in Hershey. Way to go Greg!

  • District 11 Champs:  PM West Panther Boys Basketball Team beat Parkland to win the District 11 Class 6A boys basketball championship. The Panthers also made it to the second round of the PIAA Class 6A Tournament.

  • 300th Win: Congratulations to Panthers’ Coach Brad Pensyl on earning his 300th win as the head coach of the boy basketball team at PM West HSPensyl’s 300th came in his team’s 71-57 win over Lower Merion in the state tournament.
