From the SIS Nurse's Office:

Happy February to all our SIS students and families! All Vision, Hearing and Heights/Weights have been completed. BMI letters will be sent home within the next few months.

6th Grade School MD Physicals will be held on Thursday 2/18/10--if you have not returned your MD physical---Please do so ASAP to meet the State Mandate!
7th Grade Scoliosis Screenings will be held in school in the next two months-If you have not returned your school choice form, please do so ASAP. Have your private MD complete this mandated screening.
Mobile Dentist will be at SIS on Tuesday 3/30/2010-Forms will be sent home with your student. If interested, please complete and return to me ASAP.

As always, please encourage proper hand washing to prevent spread of illnesses.
