Don't miss the Community Expo on Saturday
Pocono Mountain School District will hold its first Community Expo on Saturday, Nov. 3, from Noon to 4 p.m. at Pocono Mountain West High School.
The Community Expo is open to all students, parents, senior citizens, staff, and community members in the district. It will feature student performances, workshops, and information booths from each of our school buildings. The Community Expo will showcase the district and provide information on the many activities, programs and accomplishments of the entire PMSD team.
Some highlights at the Community Expo will include:
„X PMSD Gospel Choir Urbane will perform at 12:15 p.m.
„X PMSD Step Team will perform from Noon to 2 p.m.
„X Internet Safety Awareness for Parents begins at 1 p.m.
„X Question and Answer Sessions with the Superintendent of School at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
„X Information booth on the Senior Citizens Tax Rebate program and Senior Citizens Volunteers in Education program available all afternoon
More than 25 information booths will be at the Community Expo. Residents are invited to come out and learn more about their school district. |
