As a member of the Coolbaugh family, you will soon find out that we are very proud of our community of learners made up of outstanding students, an expert and dedicated staff of caring professionals, active and involved parents and a supportive community. We are committed to working together toward the success of all of the children at Coolbaugh Elementary and Coolbaugh Learning Center.
We are proud to be a part of the Pocono Mountain School District. The district’s mission is To Prepare All Students for Tomorrow’s Challenges and Opportunities. In order to do this, the district provides a rigorous curriculum to meet Pennsylvania state standards and intensive staff development for our teachers and administrators. It is our goal that our students are proficient and become lifelong learners. Data is gathered from assessments given to students and this data is used to drive instruction to ensure that the individual needs of all students are being met.
The parents at Coolbaugh Elementary and Coolbaugh Learning Center contribute greatly to our school community. They volunteer in classrooms, work behind the scenes to support teachers, and provide fun and enriching activities for our students. We are a Team at Coolbaugh and the goal of the Team is to assist our students in becoming productive citizens.
