Dear Parents and Guardians: 

I hope this letter reaches you and yours in good health and happiness as our summer vacation has come to an end and the doors have opened once again at PEC to welcome all returning and new students. 

We are anxious to welcome existing and new members to our P.T.O.  Our meetings are scheduled during the evening at the PEC library to accommodate working parents who would also like to attend.  The dates and the times are as follows:

             9/1/08           7:00 P.M.

                     10/8/08         7:00 P.M.
                             11/12/08       7:00 P.M.
                             12/10/08       7:00 P.M.

                     1/14/09         7:00 P.M.

                     2/11/09         7:00 P.M.
                             3/11/09         7:00 P.M.

                     4/08/09         7:00 P.M.

                     5/13/09         7:00 P.M. last meeting

The P.T.O. meeting minutes will be available on the P.E.C. webpage on a monthly basis for your perusal.  I hope that this will help keep you better informed of upcoming events, activities and changes that may be taking place within the school.
