It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our NEW school webpage. Like so many initiatives at Clear Run Intermediate School, the unveiling of our new site is one that we take pride in. I hope that you find this site useful, easy to navigate, and filled with information that you can use on a daily basis.

We are off to a great start this year. Your kids are working hard and preparing for big challenges as a “middle school” student. We are confident that OUR kids will handle these challenges and will grow and learn from them. Please remember that we need to work together in order to make our kids successful life-long learners.

This is a busy year at CRIS, as we prepare for state assessments in the spring. We are working toward an overall proficiency goal of 56% in mathematics and 63% in reading. Our teachers are working hard every day to prepare their students for the PSSA assessment. It is important to note that we believe every day is a learning day at CRIS and we are preparing the students for the PSSA…and so much more!

Your involvement, as parents, is crucial to our success. We look forward to continued communication and opportunities for you to visit our school.
