Softball Advisor: Barb Parzych   Softball intramurals usually start at the end of March or the beginning of April and run through May.  Softball is currently NOT an interscholastic activity at the middle school level at Pocono Mountain.  No physicals are required.  Students from all play levels are encouraged to join.  The intramural program focuses on building skills and teaching good habits to prepare the students to play at the Junior High and High School levels.  Students are required to provide their own glove.  Bats, helmets, balls, and catcher’s equipment are provided.  Rubber cleats are optional but are not required and are not provided by the school.
