The Star Community Health Dental Van available at your child school during the school year to provide top notch and convenient dental care!
CHILDREN AGES 4-18 are ELIGIBLE!
We believe all children are deserving of accessible dental care. We have a dedicated team to help.
- Children who have PA Medical Assistance, AmeriHealth Caritas, Gateway, United Health Care, Capital Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, and United Concordia.
- No Insurance? Or have an insurance which we do not participate? We can help!

- Dental Exams
- X-Rays
- Cleanings
- Fluoride Varnish
- Sealants
- Fillings
To have your Children seen for Services in the Dental Van:
Please complete both sides of the Consent Form and return to the School Nurse or contact the Dental Van Coordinator: Virginia 272-212-0793 for any question or assistance.
Children currently under the care of a dentist are not eligible to sign up unless they will be discontinuing with their current dentist.
