Program Expectations/Coaching Philosophy:

We strive to develop respect between players, parents, the community and other coaches. We believe in working as a team, motivating players to be the best they can be and treating each player with dignity and respect. The team is expected to behave with integrity and strive to do their best, even when no one is watching. We strive to bring out the best in all athletes, on and off the field. We want our players to demonstrate dedication, motivation and inspiration. We will do our best to act as one unit where we work together, build a team with laughter, memories, success, drive and dedication. We expect to continue to improve our levels of individual and team play and to challenge our athletes to be competitive, have positive sportsmanship and inspire them not to be the best one on the team, but to be the best one for the team.

Upcoming Season Goals:

Bring home the district title! Mission accomplished!
