Project Eye to Eye

Eye to Eye is a new afterschool program launching later this month as a collaboration between the WHS and the WJHS. Eye to Eye is a national mentoring program that pairs high school students with learning disabilities and/or ADHD (learning differences) with similarly identified junior high students.

Every other week, mentors from the PM West High School will come over and work with their mentees on art projects designed to help embrace learning differences and develop skills that promote academic and personal success.

Eye to Eye will meet after school, every other Thursday, in the WJHS Art Room. Snacks and all art supplies will be provided at no cost to students who enroll.

Please note that you may ride the activity bus home and the group will meet every other Thursday if you are involved in other clubs or activities. Please see Ms. Kendrick in Room #304 for more information about joining the Eye to Eye mentoring program.
