MISSION STATEMENT

    The Varsity PM Club is to support all of the sports teams at Pocono Mountain East by creating school spirit.  The Varsity PM Club is to raise money to support these sports and sports orientated projects.  Members of the Varsity PM Club are expected to conduct themselves as role models for the entire student body and adhere to all athletic department policies.

    The students will run the Varsity PM Club with the assistance of an advisor, the assistant athletic director.  The advisor will serve as a mentor for the club and will advise the club on actions and issues brought before the club.  The advisor will serve as liaison between the club and the building administration.  Decisions made by the club are subject to the approval of the advisor and administration.

    Membership in the Varsity PM Club is open to any student participating in an extra-curricular sport sponsored by the Pocono Mountain School District at the varsity level.
    The Varsity PM Club will be governed by students elected to the following positions:
President
    •Conduct each meeting
    •Lead the club
    •Work closely with the advisor on all projects
Vice President
    •Will conduct the meetings in absence of the President
    •Assist with all activities
Secretary
    •Keeps attendance at meetings
    •Records Minutes
    •Writes correspondence
Treasurer
    •Keep record of event finances
    •Work with advisor recording deposits and withdraws
Historian
    •Keeps record of all project details
    •Takes pictures and or videos of all projects
    •Works with advisor
