WHS festive holiday sweater contest
Thank you to everyone who participated in WHS’s annual festive holiday sweater contest on December 20th. Congratulations to the winners - all are seniors: 1st place - Jack Kreps, 2nd place - Mya Blose, and 3rd place - Alecia Green! Thanks for being #Involved! #WestPRIDE

Pancake breakfast
On Saturday, December 14th, WHS's Student Council held their annual pancake breakfast. Many local businesses donate the supplies for the event each year, and all of the proceeds benefit families in need within our district during the holidays.

WHS choral concert
The WHS choirs presented their holiday concert titled “Sounds of the Season”. Our students all did a fantastic job! Thank you to our choral director, Mrs. Parry, our students, our music parents, and all who made the concert a success!

Pride of the Mountain and Tailgate
Friday was an unforgettable night on the Mountain and the ultimate #WestPride🏔️ moment - yellow socks for Think Big, Barbie night in the Panther Pit, senior night, a soft opening of our new wellness center, a preview of the new scoreboard, and the 5th year in a row we won the Pride of the Mountain trophy! 🏆 So proud of all of our students and staff! What a great end to our #FridayNightLights season!

Homecoming Dance
West High School held their annual homecoming dance on Thursday, October 10th. The theme of the dance was the Ancient Greece Olympics. Students enjoyed food and drinks, dancing, and fun games where they could win tokens to vote for their choice for homecoming queen. Everyone had a fun time.

WHS Games Night
West High School’s Games Night is a Homecoming Week tradition in which the Homecoming Queen nominees gather a team of their peers to compete in silly games to win points toward the crown. Games Night was held on October 9th, and the Homecoming Queen will be crowned on Friday night, October 11th at half time during the football game.

WHS cheer clinic
Our WHS cheerleaders are hosting their annual cheer clinic for younger children in our community. Great job to our big and little Panther cheerleaders!
