FREE Meals for All Students!
For the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, Pocono Mountain School District is participating in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP), serving meals to students at no cost and without the need for families to complete meal applications. This means students will have the opportunity to enjoy a breakfast and a lunch for free throughout the academic year.
CEP offers a great opportunity for everyone to eat together in the cafeteria and hopefully make it easier for students and families to confidently check breakfast and lunch off their list. We’re excited to serve even more students in the community this year, helping to fuel busy days with favorite menu items and a variety of delicious new recipes!
There is Lots To Love about CEP. Check out our CEP Fact Sheet.
Food is a big part of everyone’s well-being, and Pocono Mountain students need a place to eat where they can connect with others, recharge, and enjoy a sense of happiness in their school. That’s why we serve food kids love to eat and create programs that encourage fun and discovery.
Our foodservice team is passionate about using fresh, nutritious, minimally processed and locally sourced ingredients, and we foster a sense of adventure in students through experiential learning activities – all with healthier students, healthier communities and a healthier planet in mind.
Our goal every day is to make sure that Pocono Mountain students leave the cafeteria happier and healthier than when they came in!
