  • Jazz Festival

    Congratulations goes out to the Jazz Ensemble. On April 7th, they traveled to Easton High School and performed in the Easton Jazz Festival. The Jazz Ensemble came home with a rating of Outstanding as well as best overall rhythm section. Christina Carty brought home best overall vocal soloist. This weekend, PME will be hosting our own Jazz Festival in the East High School Auditorium. 11 bands from 9 schools will be attending and performing throughout the day. Schools attending will be Easton HS, Tunkhannock HS, PMWHS, Hazelton, Saucon Valley, PMEJHS, PMWJHS and Saucon Valley Middle School. PMEJHS will kick things off at 10 A.M. and the festival will end around 3 pm. Come join us, grab some lunch and enjoy some great HS jazz bands!

  • 2017-2018 Late Bus Schedule

    Pocono Mountain is piloting a new activity bus schedule for the high schools beginning on the first day of school. Monday and Friday remain the same with one 5:30 late bus. Tuesday through Thursday, there will be two late buses at 5:00 and 6:00.

  • Welcome to the on-line portal for Pocono Mountain East High School, located in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania.  East High School has an enrollment of 1450 students in grades 9-12 and our building, constructed in 1993, provides excellent facilities for our students, staff, and the community.  We are proud of our students' efforts in academics, co-curricular activities, athletics and the arts.
    We are currently in the process of migrating to a new web design and will be adding to and expanding the information on our site throughout the year. If there is something you can't find, please let us know.
