  • PJAS State Competition Win!

    On May 21st and 22nd, EHS students competed in the PA Junior Academy of Science State Competition. First awards were won by: Dushaun Thompson, Dean Nyberg, Marco Polimeni, Kristina Rinaldi and Alex Lindenbaum. Second Awards were won by:Calvin Hubbard, Michael Olsen, Rocco Polimeni, Jazlynn Wohlers, Danielle Shermock, Emma Thompson, Jackie Dudley and Patricia Olsen. Congratulations to everyone!

  • PRIDE Spring Incentive

    On Friday, May 25th, students who have exemplified PRIDE throughout the third and fourth marking periods are being rewarded with an incentive day. In order to qualify, students need to have had no referrals, no failing grades and no more than one unexcused absence.

  • 2017-2018 Late Bus Schedule

    Pocono Mountain is piloting a new activity bus schedule for the high schools beginning on the first day of school. Monday and Friday remain the same with one 5:30 late bus. Tuesday through Thursday, there will be two late buses at 5:00 and 6:00.

  • Welcome to the on-line portal for Pocono Mountain East High School, located in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania.  East High School has an enrollment of 1450 students in grades 9-12 and our building, constructed in 1993, provides excellent facilities for our students, staff, and the community.  We are proud of our students' efforts in academics, co-curricular activities, athletics and the arts.
    We are currently in the process of migrating to a new web design and will be adding to and expanding the information on our site throughout the year. If there is something you can't find, please let us know.
