    Welcome to Pocono Mountain West Junior High School.  WJHS is a 7th and 8th grade building, serving approximately 775 students.  We are one of two junior high schools within the Pocono Mountain School District.  Please use the links above and to the sides to access information regarding our school and services provided for your children.

  • NEW PMSD Emergency Student Meals Hotline #: Families running out of food, unable to provide meals for your children, and no means available to pick up our free student meals, please call our new PMSD Emergency Student Meals Hotline at 570-839-7121, ext. 10165 and leave a message. PMSD  will contact you & work with you on a solution. No children should go hungry.

  • ChromeBooks: Requests for ChromeBooks for students who do not have a computer/device at home for to use for educational purposes should be sent by email to school principals. ChromeBooks are not required. Any computer will work. (Posted April 1, 2020, 2:30 AM)
