    Madison Kelly now holds the Pennsylvania State Record for the Squat in the Junior Women’s Division: Ages 16 – 17.
    25kg (275.6 lbs.) (PA State Record, non-tested). 

    Pocono Mountain East Strength & Conditioning Deadlift Record:
    363.8 lbs. (Weight Lifted) / 148.7 lbs. (Weight Class) = 2.45 (Pound for Pound %)
    Madison Kelly now holds the Pennsylvania State Record for the Deadlift in the Junior Women’s Division: Ages 16 – 17.
    165 kg (363.8 lbs.) (PA State Record, non-tested).

    ATTENTION ALL FRESHMEN FOOTBALL PLAYERS:
     
    Football workouts will begin on Monday, June 14th at the high school stadium. Workouts will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays throughout June and July.
     
    All linemen report by 7:45 A.M. for 8:00-10:00 workouts. All other positions report by 8:45 A.M. for 9:00-11:00 workouts. Please arrive wearing sneakers and bring a water jug/cooler with your name written on it.

    Football workouts will begin on Tuesday, June 15th at the high school stadium. Workouts will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
     
    All players should report at 5:00 P.M. for 5:00-6:30 workouts. Please arrive with sneakers, cleats and a water jug/cooler with your name written on it.
