    The Pennsylvania Department of Health Public School Code requires Health Screenings for all children of school age, regardless of the school setting. The screenings include growth (height and weight), hearing, and vision and are completed by the School Nurse. Growth and vision are required for all grades, and hearing is required for students in K-3rd grades.

    *NEW* Everyday Parent Pick-Up procedure this year! Parents will stay in their car at dismissal. You will be issued a car number to be displayed in your front window. Upon arrival, you will wait in line. A teacher will radio in for your children and they will be escorted out to your car.   • HOT: New Parent Survey on PMSD 2021-2022 Scheduling: District officials ask all PMSD parents to please take a few minutes to complete the Pocono Mountain School District's 2021-2022 Scheduling: PMSD E-learning Survey (Click here to complete the survey). The District needs the input of parents regarding the programming options (Traditional 5-Day In-Person OR PMSD Cyber Program) for the upcoming school year. The survey will be available from April 22 to Noon on April 28. If you have more than one child enrolled in the Pocono Mountain School District, please complete the survey for each child in their respective building. Thank you.
