    Please click on the link above for the online student registration. To register for Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024, and to register for First Grade, a child must be 6 years old by September 1, 2024.  Please click on the link above to register your student(s), and please remember registration is not complete until all required documentation is received. 
     
    Note: If your child has an IEP or receives any special education services such as speech/language support or has a 504 Plan requiring accommodations for Health/Physical needs, you will be contacted by the Special Ed consultant.
     
    The registration process is not complete, and a student is not enrolled until all required documents have been received and processed by the Student Registration Center. The list of required documents can be found on the left side of the screen, under the Documents/Forms tab or by clicking here. Documents may be submitted via attachments on the online portal or emailed to centralreg@pmsd.org, faxed to 570-839-5945, or dropped off at the student registration center during normal business hours. If you require any assistance, please contact student registration at 570-839-7121 ext 40400.

    If the child you are registering is not your own, additional documents are required, and it may be necessary to complete the registration process in person.
