Free sports physicals are offered three times per year. Dates for each round of physicals will be made available as they are known. Fall physicals are typically in May, Winter physicals are typically in October, and Spring physicals are typically in February. If you are unable to attend the free physicals, you can have your family doctor complete the physical, as long as it is dated after May 1st of each year. Additionally, St Luke's CareNow offers sports physicals for only $25. They are located at 174 Harvest Lane, Pocono Summit.
Students come to physicals with the PIAA health history (section 5) filled out in pen and signed by a parent. The doctor will turn you away if it is in pencil or missing the signature. Also complete Arbiter/FamilyID.
