Entering 11th year as Head Cross Country Coach Currently in her 15th year as a Health and Physical Education Teacher (9-12) Certified by NASM in personal training, youth & senior fitness and sports nutrition Track & Field enthusiast Cross Country and Track & Field Coaching experience HIGH SCHOOL – 4-year High School Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field athlete for Altoona Area High School, PIAA state medalist, 12-time state qualifier, 8-time District 6 Champion, School record holder and 2-time team and County MVP COLLEGE - Division I Track & Field Athlete for St. Francis University, received Rookie of the year honors before transferring to Lock Haven University where she competed for the rest of her career. At Lock Haven University, Bri was a 2-time team MVP, 3-time Field athlete of the year, PSAC Champion in the Triple Jump, School record holder in the Indoor and Outdoor Triple Jump as well as Outdoor Long Jump, 3-time Team Captain, Division II National Championships qualifier and competitor, Academic All-American.

Program Expectations:

We are working our way to be a competitive Cross Country team within District 11.  We also strive to send athletes yearly to compete in the PIAA State Championships meet.

Off-season program:

 
intramurals will begin in January and run through the end of February. we encourage all XC members to join our track and field team to maintain your level of fitness through the spring.  weight training all year is encouraged and can be picked up from Coach Palazzi at any time. Stay posted for summer workouts.
