Program Expectations:

The focus of the Pocono Mountain West swimming program is to provide an atmosphere where student-athletes can demonstrate competitive skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and integrity.

Off-season Program:

Swimmers are encouraged to continue practicing with or to join a community or YMCA/USA Swimming Club team in the off-season. Cardio and weight training is also encouraged year-round.

Team goals: 

- Continue to improve team record 
- Increase the number of qualifiers for the PIAA District XI AAA meet
- Have swimmers advance to the PIAA AAA State meet
- Continue to rewrite the record board
