STARTING YOUR DAY IN A POSITIVE WAY
*Plan your meal menu for the week on Sundays.
*Prepare school lunches/snacks the night prior.
*Launder and iron clothes ahead of time.
*Keep keys, outgoing mail, permission slips, or anything else you need to take with you in a basket at the front door.
*Keep a calendar or home agenda.
*Bathe children at night instead of during the morning rush.
*During the cold months, keep coats, boots and winter attire in a central location.
*Unless you’re an early riser, do not let household chores distract your morning mission!
*Set your alarm clocks ahead and go to bed at a reasonable hour
