Mr. Wouters has been playing field hockey since he was 14 years old, and has been coaching for over 20 years in clubs (both in the U.S. and The Netherlands), college and high school. He is also a certified USA Field Hockey level 2 coach. He currently works as a training manager, where he specializes in holding orientation classes, new hire and soft skills trainings and more. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Management & Marketing.
