Program Expectations/Coaching Philosophy:

I am a true believer that high school sports are an important aspect in a student's life. Character, discipline, commitment, time management, sportsmanship, and leadership are all qualities that a team can help develop. It is important to always walk away from a competition knowing that you gave 110%, and left it all on the field. If you can walk away knowing that, you can hold your head up high no matter what the outcome of the meet may be. Hard work, dedication, and commitment are important at practice and in competition. I expect my team to always be prepared and focused on the task at hand. Sportsmanship and humility are learned and present at all times. Work hard to achieve individual goals, and work as a family to achieve team goals.

Upcoming Season Goals:

The first goal is to get more student athletes interested in running and coming out for the cross-country team. We need to get our numbers back up in both the girls' and boys' teams. As a team, we would like to be competitive in the EPC and District XI. We will also focus on individual and team goals.

Off-Season Programs/Summer Camp Announcements:

We will begin our summer training program in late June. We will meet several times a week as a team to prepare for the upcoming season. Locations will vary throughout the summer workouts.
