Coaching Philosophy: I believe anyone is beatable; it takes hard work and discipline to be successful. The time and effort you put in at practice will be present at the competition. You have to work hard every day to be successful; nobody got better by taking an easy day. To be the best, one must feel the discomfort, feel the pain, and push through it. I believe in working as a team, being a leader and a role model for the younger kids and your peers. Athletics are an important part of a student’s life; they must be challenged. Learn to work with others, learn to listen and be coachable.
“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” Tim Notke
"The key is not the will to win. Everybody has that. It is the will to prepare to win that is important.” Bobby Knight
