The Pocono Mountain School Board meets at 6 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of each month in the Pocono Mountain Central administration Building on the Swiftwater campus. Changes to a meeting date are announced in the local newspaper legal notices section.

You can access the entire agenda plus all public exhibits pertaining to a particular board meeting via the Pocono Mountain School District web site, through Board Docs. Cick on the "Enter Public Site" button.

You may view the agenda to each upcoming board meeting beginning the previous Saturday at midnight through the Meeting Agendas & Minutes Page, then click on the "Enter Public Site" button. 

Issues requiring board action that develop after the regular agenda has been prepared often need to be added to the agenda a few hours before the meeting. These exhibits are added as 'Addendum Items" to the regular agenda and may be viewed after 5 p.m. on the Tuesday before the Wednesday Board meeting.
