Congratulations to Tobyhanna Elementary Center Administrative Assistant, Annie Messina, on being named the Paradise Township Citizen of the Year. Ms. Messina received this award for all of the volunteer work she does to help the community. She is active with the Barrett Library, the Barrett Friendly Community Center, Music in the Park, the Rotary, Meals on Wheels, Relay for Life and more.
