From Stroudsburg: Route 80 West to Route 380 West ramp towards Scranton.  Merge onto I-380 West.  Take the PA-940 exit, exit #3.  Turn left onto 940 West thru 3 traffic lights.  On the right there is an orange and white ice cream stand    called "The Junction".  Just before "The Junction" turn right onto Old Rt. 940. Tobyhanna Elementary Center is on the left about a block down.                     

From Scranton: Route 380 East to PA-940 exit #3. Turn right onto Route 940 West, thru 3 traffic lights.  On the right there is an orange and white ice cream stand called "The Junction".  Just before "The Junction" turn right onto Old Rt. 940. Tobyhanna Elementary Center is on the left about a block down.
